Hours of Operation

I am open from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday. I am closed on Sundays and most major holidays.


My hours are firm as I am a one woman show and while I very rarely get a true "day off" as I am always here caring for your pup(s), I do prefer to keep Sundays and holidays to myself and my family.

Reservation Info

Appointments are required for all boarding and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups. These appointments are scheduled in 15 minute time slots during open hours. These 15 minute time slots are just the right amount of time for dogs to be dropped off and picked up and to allow for slight variances in arrival time. However if you will be more than 10 minutes early or late please let me know as soon as you can, as there are most likely appointments scheduled before and/or after yours.

Booking Requests

Reservation requests can be made via the online Client Portal, text, e-mail, Facebook Messenger or phone call.


Regardless of the method chosen to request reservations, each new client is asked to create a Client Portal account on the Client Portal data. Each new client is asked to register on this system via the Client Portal, where you will be prompted to provide your and your pup's information. Once the account is added, the reservation request can be made by you from the client portal, or I can add it from my side.  There is no requirement for you to use the client portal but besides allowing you to submit reservation requests, it it does allows you to view availability, request boarding and daycare reservations, view invoices, etc. This system Reservations can be made via a Client Portal also provided by this online system. This system also provides me with a client portal where you are able to create a login and password
